The new Shore feature Customer Feedback+ follows directly from customer feedback. If you receive a positive review through Shore, your customers will be asked to publish this review on Google and Co. as well!

Minimal effort for all parties

Your customers can simply copy their positive rating and enter it directly into the online portal, such as Google, on their PC or smartphone. Three clicks for a top rating!

For you, the effort is minimal. With positive reviews, everything happens automatically, without you having to intervene yourself.

Do more with your ratings

Got a negative rating? For now, everything remains internal. You decide which reviews appear on your booking page. And anyone who submits a negative review will not be asked to share this review on the Internet. So there is enough time for you to seek clarification with the customer.

How to activate Customer Feedback+

Start right now. Customer Feedback+ is already available in your Shore calendar.
Activate Customer Feedback+ now in your Shore Calendar under Settings > Customer Notifications

 

If you want to use all features, you need the Shore Plus package! With Shore Plus you actively take care of your reputation on the Internet. The customer display is only available for Shore POS Plus customers.
